The K-Town Construction Division is currently at the mid-point of completing the Post Construction | Detailed Final Clean for the Yellowridge Constructions Project Build, LSIB Elementary School in Cawston, British Columbia, with the projected cleaning completion date being November 22nd, 2024.

 

The scope of this construction cleaning project encompasses 14,208 square feet. While this may not seem extensive in today's market, the presence of numerous lockers, shelving units, washrooms, windows, and ledges, along with the construction debris and dust typical of a new build, significantly increases the workload. These elements require meticulous attention to ensure the structure is move-in ready upon completion. We anticipate that the final cleaning will be concluded no later than Friday, November 22nd, 2024.
