Skaha Place is The Kelowna Okanagan Collage Campus newist student housing project that was Built by Bird Construction, Calgary Office with of course assistance from their new Kelowna Office.

This Construction Clean was Awarded to K-Town Post Construction Cleaning Services in September 2023 by Bird Constructions

 

Project Manager Stuart Huckabay and Bird Constructions Project Coordinator Ricky Khangura with assistance from Bird Construction's Site Superintendant Ian Owens and Bird Constructions Brian Chapman Bird Construction Director of Operations British Columbia Michael Hilverink.

This Construction Clean Consisted of 93,880 Square feet, six story build, 182 Units and is now home of Okanagan Collage's Kelowna Campus Skaha Place Student Housing.
