Not every clean requires the same amount of cleaning duties to be provided. There is no one price for it all. We offer free onsite estimates for this reason, and to communicate with our customers about what their specific needs are and we also provide a quote along with your own custom designed Scope of Work.

Yes! We are fully licensed, insured and bonded through the city. We provide the documentation upon request and is also included in your free quote. Full WCB clearance and First Aid Certified cleaning supervisors on each jobsite.

We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, We ask that our clients notify (24 Hrs) in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill the scheduled cleaning spot, It also keeps our employees working a full schedule and not loosing out on scheduled work hours if you have to cancel in any type of emergency cancelation. K-Town Cleaning Services will charge a 50% Cancelation fee of what your scheduled cleaning visit would have been if you decide to cancel your scheduled cleaning services less then (24 Hours) prior to your scheduled service. We strive to exceed your expectations when it comes to the quality cleaning you're receiving as our paying customer. We inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention our crews may miss something, nobody is perfect, we try to be but this being said if, after your inspection, you find our technicians missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. Refunds are not offered, however we are happy to correct any mistakes we made. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.
